在三鼓酒店 - 布拉格

This is the most excellent hotel that i have ever seen. When we arrivrd, the staff welcome us politely. At the same time, the other staff kindly helped us to carry our ''super enormous''luggage up to the top floor where we lived(walking up stairs). The room is big enough to accommodate more than 5 persons. The washroom and beds are separated upfloor and down floor. It is mainly built with wood, it offers us a relaxing, romantic, comfortable environment and a feel that is like living in a old castle! Though there is no air-conditioner in the room, it provides a fan, a hair dryer, a fridge and two comfortable ''tiny sofa''.

The canteen is small with only about 7 tables. MOst people had to wait for around 10 minutes in order to take their breakfast. The eating tools and food provided in breakfast is not enough. Another main problem is the hotel has no lift! If you are living in the top floor, you have to spend quite a long time to carry your luggages up to the room.

我们没有入住该酒店,定好的房间据说被爱尔兰人酒后毁坏了,给我们介绍到附近的酒店,那家酒店各方面还不错,所以结果我还算满意.

没能让我们入住，无论如何酒店是有责任的，让我们去附近的酒店，应该帮我们提行李，但酒店没有主动提出，经我要求后才找人帮助提行李。希望今后服务更细致。
